All of the SKP Series electro-hydraulic actuators can be used in combination
with any VG Series gas valve. This modular approach creates a matrix of valve
combinations, allowing manufacturers to meet varied capacity and pressure
regulation requirements with minimal inventory.

SKP25
The SKP25 actuators perform two functions: safety shutoff and gas pressure
regulation. The SKP25 eliminates the need for a separately piped pressure
regulator.
- Certified as a ventless pressure regulator
- Safety shut-off control and pressure regulation in one compact
unit
- Pressure regulation to 20 PSI outlet
- Optional Proof-of-Closure (POC) over-travel switch.
- Optional NEMA 4 protection
- Applicable as a 1:1 air/gas ratio control
- Excellent pressure control characteristics with zero regulator
droop.

SKP55 & SKP75
SKP55 and SKP75 perform three functions: safety shut-off, pressure
regulation, and air/gas ration control. Both eliminate the need for
mechanical cams and linkage while improving burner performance.
- Excellent control for recuperative burners, burners utilizing preheated
combustion air, and variable orifice/flow regulating burners
- Air/gas ratio maintained even when air flow is disrupted
- Compensates for variations in combustion chamber back pressure
- Low-fire, excess-air biasing adjustment

VG Gas Shutoff Valves
The Siemens VG Series single and double gas valve bodies are combined with SKP Series elector-hydraulic actuators to provide
multiple flow control functions:
- gas safety shut-off
- constant pressure regulation
- air/gas ratio control
Choose from a variety of valve body sizes:
- 1½" - 3" threaded double valves
- 4" - 6" flanged double valves
- ½" - 3" threaded single valves
The double valve body design incorporates two safety shut-off valves into one body and has been specifically developed for
applications where standards require two safety shut-off valves in series.
